Minecraft creators literally can't stop adding new games and we're not going to be able to stop them. We wrote about Wordle at the end of March. Today we bring you another player who recreated the famous Minesweeper using Redstone and an astronomical number of moving parts.

The map comes from CraftyMasterman, who put a post up on Reddit with a video showing off. The video doesn't show anything other than the size of the device you'll use to play the game however, it's absolutely stunning. Lava is used to represent numbers, and there's even a small map that you can carry around of sorts to view while playing. It's a simulation of what's going on on the board.

If you're interested to see how this was made you can check out the build in a video on CraftyMasterman's YouTube channel. It turns out that this creation was part of a massive Redstone build contest that offered an impressive prize pool - $10,000 USD was up for grabs for whoever could come up with the most impressive Redstone creation.

CraftyMasterman was not able to finish his creation within the time frame allowed for the competition judges. However he worked on it after staking his reputation of a redstone legend. He spent the next two weeks working on it, undergoing multiple iterations before triumphantly presented a prototype to the judges of the competition.

Even as a seasoned Minecraft player, the sheer complexity of the building is overwhelming. The builder is not just create the board itself which is huge and huge, but also to display numbers and calculate the number of TNT blocks surrounding it, and then randomize it in a compelling enough manner to make the game entertaining. It's not something an average Minecraft player can do or have the patience for.

This is a great example of what Minecraft can accomplish. You can download it here to play around across the globe. Let it sing Always ensure that you are safe downloading.
